The Apartment is rented out on a short term basis and prices range from EUR120,- to EUR150,- per day in the low season to EUR150,- to EUR200,- per day in the high season. We would be pleased to tailor a package suited to your holiday needs.

The apartment is within 5 minutes walking distance from both the ski lift station (Hahnenkamm) as well as the picturesque 'Altstadt' that brims with a mixture of centuries of history and contemporary cool.

Cable TV in the Apartment means you can curl up to cool entertainment on days when the weather doesn't play along.
Bathroom
A neat little place to get cleaned up after a day of adventures.
Undercover Parking
Undercover parking with an elevator to the Apartment is part of the package.
VIP
VIP treatment means you can have a private snowboard, ski or mountain bike guide take you to the best spots for some serious shredding (please book in advance).

You can cook up a storm in the Apartment's open plan kitchen.

A dishwasher is on hand for your convenience.

The Apartment has two spacious bedrooms each with a double bed.
Dining Room
A dining room with a table that seats 6 can be used for small occasions.

A separate WC in the Apartment means more convenience.

Further information for both apartments:
Bedding and towels are provided with extra towels available on request. The quoted price includes all taxes, except the Tourism board tax, which amounts to EUR 0.71 per person per day. An additional EUR75,- for end-cleaning is payable on departure. Mid-cleaning is not included, but can be arranged at EUR15,- per hour.

The Maisonette is rented out on a short term basis and prices range from EUR170,- to EUR200,- per day in the low season to EUR200,- to EUR250,- per day in the high season.
